- Saturday: Arrival during the day, room assignation, welcome cocktail, welcome gift courtesy of the management, 8.30pm gourmet tasting dinner.
- Sunday: Buffet breakfast, departure at 9am for the Adanti wine cellar (guided excursion), quick lunch in a traditional restaurant, back at the hotel around 3pm. Free afternoon. Free evening.
- Monday: Buffet breakfast, free morning. Cooking lessons from 4-6pm. 8.30pm gourmet tasting dinner.
- Tuesday: Buffet breakfast, departure at 9am for the Trevi oil mill (guided excursion), quick lunch in a traditional restaurant, back at the hotel around 2pm. Cooking lessons from 4-6pm. Free evening.
- Wednesday: Buffet breakfast, free morning. Cooking lessons from 4-6pm. 8.30pm gourmet tasting dinner.
- Thursday [1° and 2° week]: Buffet breakfast, departure at 8am for Montefalco (guided excursion), quick lunch in a traditional restaurant, back at the hotel around 3pm. Cooking lessons from 4-6pm. Free evening.
