The resort is composed of 8 apartments (24 beds in total):
Apartment "Blu": First floor: 110 sq mt ca, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a dinner-area, one double room with fireplace, one room with two beds (or double), bathroom, panoramic balcony. Suitable for 4 people.
Apartment "Giallo": Second floor: 110 sq mt ca, living room with davenport, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and dinner area, one double room, one room with two beds (or double), bathroom. In the park there is a private area for the occupants of the yellow apartment. Suitable for 4 to 6 people.
Apartment "Verde": Ground floor sq.m. 150 ca. For 6 persons composed of kitchen-living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, garden. It is the biggest apartment where a whole group of friends or a big family can be hosted. Suitable for 6 people.
Apartament "Azzurro": First floor: 100 sq mt ca, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a dinner-area, one double room, one room with two beds (or double), bathroom, panoramic balcony. Suitable for 4 to 6 people
Apartament "Bianco": Ground Floor: 45 sq. mt. ca, living room with cooking area and davenport, one double room, bathroom, private garden. Suitable for a couple or 3 people. We have three of this kind

Each apartment has an indipendent entrance, balcony or private garden, one or two fireplace, self lighting plants, heating system and waterworks.

FROM NORTH,Motorway Firenze-Roma A1: exit to Chiusi-Chianciano and turn right toward Perugia. After approx. 11,5 Km at Moiano turn rigth to Piegaro and Tavernelle. After approx. 9,5 km turn left to Tavernelle and Perugia. After 9,5 km and turn right to Pietrafitta and Cibottola. After 6 Km. you find a sign to Mercatello follow it and drive for 1,8 Km than turn left between two olive trees.

FROM SOUTH, Mororway Roma-Firenze A1: exit to Orte, turn Rigth and take the E45 toward Perugia. Exit to Marsciano-Collepepe and follow the signs to the town of Marsciano. Once in Marsciano, follow for Perugia on the road n. 317 After 7 km ca you will find a small town called Cerqueto a few meter after the end of the village, turn left to Mercatello and Spina. Keep driving for approx. 8 km, until you find another sign to Mercatello and Cibottola. Turn left and follow for Mercatello in the village on the rigth hand side you will find another sign to Cibottola follow it. Keep driving on this road until on the left hand side there is a whith big board with the nuber 8 on it. 30-50 meters afterward turn on the right on a small path.

The resort stands in the heart of Umbria, at only 15 km from Perugia and Trasimeno Lake, 40 km from Assisi and Todi, 60 km from Gubbio, 140 km from Roma, 150 km from Firenze, 100 km from Siena.

When, at dawn, sun rises and the perfumes of the Umbrian countryside spread into the rooms of the apartments; when, in daylight, silence and peace lead to the most intense and private relax, perhaps near the swimming-pool; when, in the evening, frogs and cicades wish good nigths; when, finally, one must regenerate, forget the stress and find peace.
