Baldesca Residence is an ancient Palace located in Perugia city center, in Via delle Cantine (near to the Cathedral, piazza IV Novembre and Universities for Foreigners). The works of restoration brought back its ancient splendour and provided it with every comfort. An elegant synthesis of ancient and modern design, Baldesca Residence offers to its guests 3 types of lodging designed to make working away pleasant, and for short, long or medium term stays in Perugia: A - Mono-room with 1 bed. B - Mono-room with matrimonial bed (or two single beds). C - Mini-apartment with matrimonial room (or two single beds), little living room. All the flats are provided with cooking corner with two electric hot-plates, refrigerator and kitchenware, private bath. Bright and comfortable, are completely furnished in style and are provided with TV, internet connection, heating and air-conditioned centralized. Baths are provided with shower and phon. The palace is provided with a lift. |
