The owner Ezio Maria Ciani and his staff have given the restaurant an image that majestically combines the quality of the cuisine and the attention to hospitality; the result, an ideal combination for special occasions, in intimacy or with friends, gladdened by good music and good wine. The type of cooking offered, created and proposed by Ezio right from the beginning, is of a Mediterranean type, guaranteed by a typically Italian school which favours the use of typical products of our country which are now wellknown and very much appreciated abroad. Olive oil, tomatoes, basil, olives, pasta, fresh vegetables and sea fish are just some of the fundamental ingredients used for the creation of elaborate dishes in full respect of Umbrian tradition enriched by modern touches. |

Furthermore, the restaurant has a large stock of vintage wines with a very large selection ranging from the North to the South, from the most famous wine cellars on our peninsula; even the foreign wines are very carefully selected.
