Immersed in a mature ilex grove, the Montecorneo Country House is ideal for a quiet, relaxing break in Umbria, the region known as the "green heart of Italy". Built originally as a magnificent villa in the late 19th century, the main house and its annexes have been recently restored and refurbished to provide a series of small apartments and rooms equipped with all the comforts required by guests today. The interiors are furnished with simple, traditional Umbrian furniture, a style ideally suited to cosy country living. The Montecorneo Country House is ideally situated for day trips to Umbria's cities, rich in artistic and architectural sights, such as Assisi, Spoleto, Todi or Orvieto.

The newly installed swimming pool of the Montecorneo Country House is equipped with a water-massage system. Guests are also free to use the House sauna or, for those who don't want to miss out on their physical exercise, the gym.
A series of tour packages are available to guests at the Montecorneo Country House, including walking and cycling tours, cooking and wine-tasting courses, as well as tours of the region's many archaeological and cultural sites.

Montecorneo Country House also provides an adaptable conference room ideal for courses or small meetings for up to 50 people. The staff at Montecorneo Country House is willing to offer all the necessary assistance in providing the room with any audiovisual equipment that may be necessary.
