• 4 - 7 people (120 - 140 sq m.) 1 double bedroom, 1 twin beds bedroom, 2 sitting rooms, some with fireplaces, 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms with showers.
• 2 - 3 people (100 sq m.) an American style loft on the top floor of the highest tower, with a 270° view towards Perugia, 6-7 metre high ceilings, 8-metre long beams, raised level with double bed, fireplace, a single bed and kitchenette, large bathroom with shower and bath.

The tiny Medieval hamlet that makes up the castle is in fact just 12.6 kilometres from Perugia - San Sisto, where there is the Museo Storico della Perugina, and roughly 18 kilometres from the old town centre of Perugia.

The ancient nucleus of the hamlet, which contains the apartments and the small church dating back to 1100 (which contains frescoes by Meo da Siena del 1315-1319) has been declared a monument of national interest and is under the tutelage of the Italian ministry for culture.
