Do not miss Perugia's splendid Piazza IV Novembre, with the
Priors'Palace, the Cathedral and the medieval fountain Fontana
Maggiore designed by the Pisano brothers, and the fantastic Arch
of Augustus. A particular itinerary proposes a journey that
begins in Perugia, stretching out towards Lake Trasimeno,
eastwards to the Colfiorito plateau, and south to the Spoleto
district, the itinerary will include some of the smaller towns
like Assisi, Spello, Bettona, Bevagna, Foligno and Trevi, which
are places of art and history.
Around Perugia the hills and the countryside are cultivated with
vineyards, olive trees and grain. Regional Park Views and
caverns (up and down), these are the typical characteristics of
the Monte Cucco Nature Park. .
